The riad's charm felt like a cozy sanctuary.

Navigating through the alleys was quite challenging. We encountered some locals who were persistent in trying to sell us things or offer unsolicited directions. my room lacked privacy due to its layout, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

the riad zayane is an oasis of calm in the busy medina, beautifully decorated with authentic moroccan style. the staff, especially jaouad, were super friendly and helpful, making our stay feel like we were at home. we loved having dinner there, the tagines were delish! the terrace was perfect for relaxing on warm evenings, and our room was cozy with fab toiletries. we felt like we got to experience the real marrakech!

the initial alleyway to the riad can be a bit daunting and the rooms on the ground floor may lack privacy.
